Within 24 Hours of Order Placement

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped yet. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours

If your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, you can:

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or return the product after receiving it according to our 7-day return policy.

  • COD orders can be cancelled by refusing delivery
  • Partial cancellations are not available for multi-item orders
